this is a 30x30 canvas done with acrylic paint. i was inspired by the formation of the aurora borealis and astronomy stuff just fascinates me...to the point where i wanted to paint it...which is saying something.o3o but yeah, i'm trying to work to get that gaseous/cloud look (although its technically plasma, so i got yelled at by someone about it.-.-)

but yaaaay! horray for a long project finally being finished.:D i started on it sometime around...march? worked on it an hour and a half each monday, stopped over the summer, picked back up on it september 12, and then finished it a few weeks ago. i felt so proud of myself i got it completed FINALLY. :meow:
